Meeting Dates

The P&C meet twice per term on a Tuesday or Thursday night. Meetings commence at 7:30pm and are currently being held via Zoom. The zoom link will be posted on the agenda.

The principal, or a representative, will address the meeting to give an update of any relevant happenings in the school.

A membership fee of $2 invokes voting privileges at the following general meeting and membership is valid until the close of the next AGM.


Term 1

    • Tuesday 16 February  - General P&C Meeting
    • Thursday 11 March  - General P&C Meeting

Term 2

    • Tuesday 18 May - General P&C Meeting
    • Thursday 10 June - General P&C Meeting

Term 3

    • Tuesday 17 August - General P&C Meeting
    • Thursday 9 September - General P&C Meeting

Term 4

    • Tuesday 16 November - General P&C Meeting and AGM
    • Tuesday 7 December  - General P&C Meeting


All parents of students at Chatswood High School are welcome to become members of the CHS P&C. We support the students in a lot of different ways including securing funding for a strong well-being program in collaboration with the school. We are always looking for new ideas. The P&C meetings, which are held throughout the year, are a great way to learn more about the P&C and what's happening at school.

Becoming a member means you can vote on decisions made by the P&C when you attend a meeting.

If you would like to be a member:

  1. Pay the $2 membership fee by direct deposit into the P&C bank account: BSB: 032-090, Account #: 358220, with your first and last name in the reference field.
  2. Send an email to so your name and contact details can be added to the P&C member register.

The annual membership fee is valid until the end of the next AGM, which is held in November. After the AGM, fees are collected for the upcoming year.
