Well Being Sessions

Thanks for your positive feedback on our the first “Well-being” session on “The importance of Sleep for Peak Performance”.

We’re now working with the school leadership team to finalise dates for student and parent sessions in terms 2 & 3. These will again be targeted at specific student year groups, plus a parent session (open all year groups) on the topics of:

  • “Internet – how to identify and prevent problem usage”
  • “Respectful relationships”

Watch this space! We’ll let you know dates shortly (via the CHS school stream app and this website) so you can lock these into your family diary.

We’d love to hear your suggestions for future well-being topics. Some others we’re considering are healthy eating and positive mental health sessions. Please send any ideas to .
