CHS P&C Meeting Dates for 2012

The P&C meet on the second Tuesday of the second month in each term.

It was decided at the February meeting that there would be one P&C Meeting per term. This will allow members of sub-committees to have time to attend the sub-committee meetings early in the term and report back to the P&C General Meeting later in the term.

Meetings commence at 7.30pm and are held in the learning space to the canteen. Meetings are usually preceeded by a special guest speaker at 7pm.

Meetings for 2012 are

• 12 June
• 11 September
• 13 November - AGM followed by General Meeting
• 11 December
